About PackUrBag

Three things, and we would rather be plain about the scope than imply more. Air tickets on domestic and international airlines, booked one-way, round-trip or multi-city. Intercity bus seats across India from private operators, with the seat, berth and boarding point chosen before you pay. Hotel stays in India and abroad, priced per room per night.

A trip planner is included at no extra cost. Describe a trip and it returns a day-by-day itinerary you can then book the flights, buses and hotels for. It is a planning aid, not a separate product, and using it costs nothing.

Every fare and rate is quoted and charged in Indian Rupees, inclusive of taxes, so the amount you see while comparing is the amount taken at checkout. Optional extras on flights — checked baggage, seat selection, meals — are priced separately and are entirely your choice.

Payment is taken through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Where a flight fare requires GST details before payment, that section is opened for you during booking and has to be completed before the fare can be charged.

Tickets, e-tickets and hotel vouchers are issued once payment is confirmed and are delivered to the email address and phone number on the booking. Every booking is also listed in your account, where the confirmation can be downloaded again.

Cancellation is available from your bookings page. What a cancellation refunds depends on the airline, operator or property rules that applied when you booked — the applicable charge is shown before the cancellation is confirmed, never after.
