MIND MASTERS AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates an online travel booking platform. We are a travel agent, not an airline, bus operator or hotel. When you book through us, the travel service itself is provided by the airline, bus operator or hotel you select, and their own conditions of carriage or stay apply alongside these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a booking. You may browse and search without an account, but completing a payment requires signing in so that your booking, tickets and cancellation rights can be tied to you.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for any booking made through your account.

A search result is an offer of availability, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and the airline, bus operator or hotel issues a ticket, PNR or voucher. Until then, fares and availability can change without notice.

Occasionally a fare or a room is no longer available by the time we send your booking to the supplier. If that happens after you have paid, the booking does not go through and we refund you in full automatically — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

• All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise on the booking page.
• The total payable is displayed in full on the payment page before you pay. We do not add charges after payment.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Optional extras you select — seats, meals, baggage, insurance — are charged in addition to the base fare and are itemised before payment.

Airlines, bus operators and hotels apply their rules strictly, and most will not allow a correction after ticketing. Please check the following before you pay:

• Traveller names must match the government photo ID, passport or other document you will travel on — exactly, including spelling and order.
• Dates, times, cities, terminals and boarding points are as you intend.
• You hold any passport, visa, permit or health document required for your journey. We do not verify these, and we are not responsible if travel is denied because a document is missing or invalid.
• You arrive for check-in, boarding or hotel check-in within the timings set by the operator.

Charges arising from an incorrect name, a missed departure or a missing document are yours, not ours.

Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and what it costs, is set by the airline, bus operator or hotel — not by us. The applicable charge is shown to you before you confirm a cancellation. Every booking is also subject to the conditions of the supplier providing it — the airline's conditions of carriage, the bus operator's terms, the hotel's rate rules and house policies. Where a supplier's rules conflict with ours on matters of carriage, stay, baggage or cancellation, the supplier's rules apply to that booking.

We are responsible for operating the booking platform, for taking payment correctly and for passing your booking to the supplier accurately. We are not responsible for the supplier's own performance — delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, service quality, loss or damage to baggage, or acts outside anyone's control such as weather, strikes or government action.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking.

Do not use this website to make speculative, fraudulent or automated bookings, to scrape fares, to interfere with its operation, or to book on behalf of someone whose details you are not authorised to use. We may cancel bookings and suspend access where we reasonably believe this has happened.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The version published on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
