AI Trip Planner — Plan the Trip, Then Book It
The AI trip planner is a free tool included with FirstFlight Travels, our online flight, bus and hotel booking platform. It is not a separate product or subscription — it exists to help you decide what to book.
Describe the trip you have in mind and get back a complete day-by-day itinerary: where to go, in what order, and what it is likely to cost. Refine it in plain language, then book the flights, buses and hotels it needs on FirstFlight Travels without starting over.
How the trip planner works
Planning a trip is mostly sequencing — deciding what to see on which day so you are not crossing the same city twice. That is the part the planner takes over.
- check_circleDescribe the trip — destination, dates, party size and budget, in ordinary language.
- check_circleGet a day-by-day plan — an itinerary ordered so each day flows geographically instead of zig-zagging.
- check_circleRefine it — ask for a slower pace, a lower budget or a different focus and it rebuilds around that.
- check_circleKeep your drafts — recent versions are saved so you can return to an earlier plan.
- check_circleBook it — move straight into flights, buses and hotels without re-entering your details.
Who it is for
First-time visitors to a city get the most out of it, because the hardest part of an unfamiliar destination is knowing what is genuinely worth the time and what merely appears on every list.
It is equally useful for a long weekend you have not had time to plan: give it two days and a budget and you have a workable plan in the time it would take to open a guidebook.
For longer multi-city trips, it handles the sequencing problem — which city first, how many nights in each, and where the travel days fall — which is where most self-planned itineraries come undone.
AI trip planner — frequently asked questions
- What does the AI trip planner do?
- You describe the trip you want — where you are going, how many days you have, who is travelling and roughly what you want to spend — and it returns a day-by-day itinerary with suggested places, an order that makes geographic sense, and an indication of cost.
- Is the AI trip planner free to use?
- Yes. Generating and refining an itinerary costs nothing. You only pay when you choose to book the flights, buses or hotels that go with it.
- Can I change the itinerary it produces?
- Yes. Treat the first result as a draft — ask for a slower pace, more time outdoors, a tighter budget or a different focus, and it rebuilds the plan around that. Your recent drafts are kept so you can go back to an earlier version.
- Can I book directly from my itinerary?
- Yes. Once the plan looks right, you can move straight into booking the flights, buses and hotels it needs without re-entering your dates and destinations.
- How accurate are the suggested costs?
- Costs are estimates meant for planning and comparison, not quotations. Live prices are confirmed at the point of booking, which is where the actual fares and room rates are shown.
